"I've been going to Claire-Francoise for quite a while now. I can't remember how long exactly but it was before it was even in it's current location and just a back-room in another salon. The fact that it has become what it is today in such a short time from those humble beginnings speaks volumes for it's staff and of course it's director, the one and only Claire herself. Every time I go in she always gives me a friendly hello or taps me on the shoulder while I'm getting my hair done, even if my appointment is not with her! Also, my stylist Fee is always so patient with me as I go through my various phases of style and colour, not to mention the fact that I have one of the most difficult heads of hair around with my multitude of cowlicks. She always manages to work it out and gets so excited that I can't help but feel good about my cut! And of course, she always has my cup of peppermint tea on the way when I sit down.
