How can I be sure that the stylist will do what I want?

The key here is consultation, consultation! This cannot be stressed enough... We always perform a hair consultation before we begin, this could be asking if you were happy with your last hair service and your style or a comprehensive colour discussion. Our consultations are tailored y to your needs. It’s also really important to explain what you want and be honest, if you don’t want something that has been suggested speak up!

What can I do, to show the stylist what I want so wires don’t get crossed?

The best answer to this is making sure you bring in as many pictures and photos of what you want done. This gives the stylist a much better understanding and then can explain to you the best method to achieve what you are after.

How do I know my stylist will do a fabulous job and feel confident about coming in?

We offer a pricing structure that means you know what level your stylist is at and pay according to their experience, educational and training level.

Our stylists are in monthly training with American Crew, Revlon Professional, Kevin Murphy, Pureology and Kerastase. This enables us to keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques; fashion and the best retail home care lines.

What also should be mentioned here is, you get what you pay for. If you are after the cheapest hair service, then we are not the salon for you. We take the time to pamper you, treat you and certainly not rush you. We also take into consideration what you are looking for with your new cut or colour service for an amazing finish and experience with us.

How do I know that the colour will best suit my hair?

This is determined by the quality and products chosen by the salon. We use Revlon Professional for their constant commitment to maintain the hair's quality as well as having many glorious colours and products to bring the best out of your hair.

How will I know if my new cut or colour will suit my style and care?

It’s really important to explain your lifestyle needs so we can custom cut and colour your hair in accordance with your daily routine and commitments to colour. If you don’t have much time, you don’t want a high maintenance style. For example blondes need regular at home care and regular salon visits.

I keep losing my new colour down the drain, I need advice?

The reason for this could be due to your after care products. Many commercial products either coat the hair or strip the hair, so after a couple of weeks hair looks dull and lifeless. This will also be discussed with you during your hair service about using the correct products for you and your new colour or cut.

I'm scared of a change but I would like new look?

Opt for a semi permanent this will deposit a high gloss and colour into your hair without damage and it washes out. If you go for a permanent it grows and is very difficult to colour over if you don't like it.
