By submitting and posting your content on our website: (a) you give us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to reproduce, publish, display and distribute your content; (b) you consent to us disclosing your content and personal information with our suppliers; and (c) you consent to us and our suppliers using your personal information to send you information about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you.
We use ‘cookies’ to provide you with better and more customised service and with a more effective website. A ‘cookie’ is a small text file placed on your computer by our web page server. A cookie can later be retrieved by our webpage servers. Security of information
The security of your information is very important to us. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. We take all reasonable steps to protect the information in our systems from misuse, interference, loss, and any unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. If we no longer require your information, and we are legally permitted to, we will take all reasonable steps to destroy the information. We take reasonable steps to preserve the security of cookie and personal information in accordance with this policy. If your browser is suitably configured, it will advise you whether the information you are sending us will be secure (encrypted) or not secure (unencrypted).
When making a booking with us you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- You confirm that you are fully vaccinated. Will QR code upon entry, show your certificate and come alone.
- Pay the deposit required towards the time allotted exclusively to accommodate your time spent with us.
- As a common courtesy we ask for as much notice as possible, with a minimum courtesy of 24 hours to allow for any cancellations or late changes.
- An sms or email will be sent out to 48 hours prior to confirm your time with us. (if you book under the 48 hour period an sms is not sent out) Whilst every effort will be made to contact you, if you do not confirm, any unconfirmed appointments will be removed to allow for those on our waitlist.
- Respectfully, any late cancellations or changes under 24 hours’ notice will redeem the deposit, prepaid package redeemed or voucher deemed void. If you no show’ you will be required to pre-pay in full any future appointments as a sign of good faith.
- If you are booking with a gift card, kindly phone 03 9510 6230 to make your appointment.
Arrive on time or if you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your allotted time to fill in any necessary paperwork. In the instance you are 10 minutes late please contact the clinic immediate on 95106230. Later than 15 minutes and we cannot always accommodate the booking and you may be required to reschedule to a more suitable time.
Children and personal items
The comfort and safety of everyone is important to us. We ask that babies and children under the age of four are left at home. Children over the age of four are to be accompanied by an adult at all times, including in the treatment rooms.
Please also note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times.
To preserve the tranquillity and comfort of our private clinic, we respectfully request that mobiles, tablets and laptops are be turned to silent when you enter.

Prior to any treatment, your personal details as well as your medical history, including any medical conditions, pre-existing injuries, infectious diseases, skin conditions, allergies, and pregnancy will be required to be provided to us.
If your health conditions have changed since first completing the forms, please advise us as soon as possible and prior to your next treatment to allow us to make the necessary adjustments. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.
Our clinic is is not a medical centre and therefore cannot offer advice regarding the suitability or appropriateness of any of our treatments for any medical condition or compatibility with any prescription or professionally administrated medication.
Any information provided by us including our employees or agents, should not be construed as a substitute for professional medical advice. You may be refused treatment if we deem that any of your medical conditions may cause harm to you, our staff or other clients.
You agree to release us and our employees, agents and third-party providers, from responsibility and liability for any death, injury, loss, delay, inconvenience or damage caused by the treatment.
If you provide us with a ‘medical clearance’ from a medical practitioner allowing the treatment, or if you misrepresent or fail to disclose to us your medical conditions or changes to your medical history prior to any treatment, you agree to indemnify against all claims, costs expenses whatsoever arising from your treatment with us.
Gift cards are valid for 72 months and can be redeemed for the treatment nominated, or the original card purchase value can be used towards other services of choice or products. Gift Card numbers should be quoted at the time of booking your appointment and presented on arrival. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or discounted packages and or promotions. Please keep your card safe as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Refunds, exchanges & packages
All treatments services are non-refundable. We will gladly exchange products purchased from us if the products are deemed to be faulty, or if the product has given your skin a visible reaction and you have informed us within 48 hours of your treatment, or if the product is different to that of the sample shown or given to you.
We do not refund gift vouchers, they are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, products or injectable services. Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. However we may amended to a more suitable service, at our discretion. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you change your mind or simply make a wrong decision. Our policy complies with VIC department of fair trading.
Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express.
